Todays Workout - 3,6,9,12
3 Pull Ups, 6 Sandbag High Pulls, 9 Sandbag Push Press, 12 Box Jumps. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
Men aim for a 30kg sandbag, women aim for 20kg. Both go for 30" Box Jumps.
