Todays Workout - Sandbag Strength
Max Heavy Sandbag Push Jerks and then (immediately) Max Sandbag Back Squats. Rest for 3-5 minutes and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
Aim to complete with a VERY CHALLENGING weight.
Record your total number of reps for each exercise.
Train hard!
